Shipping and Returns

ORDER PROCESSING:

Here at TogglePets we pride ourselves in delivering your toys as soon as possible. We process and ship orders within 24 hours of purchase, except US Postal Service holidays. If there is further information needed, we will let you know within 48 hours.

TogglePets accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Amazon, and PayPal. All orders are processed by Shopify. Your payment information is kept secured. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

TogglePets offers FREE First Class Mail Shipping (1 to 3 days). 

BACK ORDERS:

Here at TogglePets we keep a large stock of toys. However, there are times when we run out of stock. We will let you know if this is the case within 24 hours of your order.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

TogglePets accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your shipment from us.

TogglePets holds a responsibility to its customers to deliver newly stocked items that have not been tampered with. In order to maintain this product integrity, items must be returned in their unused/unopened original packaging. TogglePets does not accept returns on opened goods. Return shipping is at customer's expense.

To ensure that you have a record of your return, please ship with Signature Confirmation and be sure to include a copy of your receipt. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking information. 

TogglePets strives to offer excellent Customer Service and Quality Control. However, we occasionally make mistakes. We are more than willing to get things sorted out if a product is misplaced or damaged.  

In the case that your order is misplaced or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of your shipment. We will email you a Prepaid shipping label.

Once we can confirm your return is in transit, your return/exchange will be shipped to you our expense. We will be happy to reship your order to you. We do not provide refunds on damaged goods

MISSING PACKAGE:

If your package shows delivered and you still haven't received it, please contact your local post office to check the GPS status of your package. You're welcome to contact the customer service at TogglePets and we can look up the telephone number for your local post office if you cannot locate it.

If you have not received your order within 3 days of the USPS showing it delivered, please file a claim with the USPS and we will happily refund you once you email us your claim information.
